(females mature at around 16 which is why that became the age of concent ) IMHO the PCA limit should go back to 0,08 if not 0,1. so there is no arguement that you are drunk. Another crime should be added, DUI. every time you are pulled over for any infringement ( even parking ) you should get bagged, if you blow over say 0.05 then you get a DUI added to the other charge. The logic behind this is at over 0.1, there is no arguement you are not capable of controlling a vehicle. If you have had a drink and are being responsible by driving more carefully you do not get penalised. If you have had a few drinks and are not being extra care full to compensate for reduced capacity you get pumbled. The traffic authouiries rarely bother to list multiple causes for a collision so if you were 0.051, had not been to bed for 3 days and were wearing dark glasses at midnight when you ran up the bum of the vehicle in front, it gets recorded as a Booze caused accident. Fatigue is a very big factor but unless you are on a log book it is never recorded unless you tell the police that you were asleep at the wheel.
