Consumers sometimes feel buying from a national brand like HN provides "safety" compared to a local shop, but reality is that when you buy from an HN location you are essentially dealing with a local shop. FWIW a family member bought a laptop from JB HiFi, had a few issues with it over the first year, and got brilliant support service across multiple locations.
