NGE Editorial

NotGoodEnough (NGE) is Australia’s largest and longest running online consumer community. NGE went live in February 2002, it now has over 60,000 members that discuss a range of products and services, including retailing, financial services, utilities, airlines, hospitality, telco’s, as well as politics and social issues.

Our aim is to create a vibrant community of online members that share good and bad experience with each other across a range of corporate and government products and services. Members also seek information from each other on what to purchase and are often more willing to trust the experiences and opinions of fellow members than a sales pitch from a company.

The NGE website works on a number of levels. It

- Provides an outlet for customers to vent their spleen or recognise great service
- Uses smart technology to link the customer and the organisation both on and off site
- Discloses all manner of organisation behaviour so that all is out in the open, transparent and accountable; and
- Changes the organisation - customer relationship from 1:1 to 1:Many.

All our forums are fully transparent and there is no editing of critical comments, as long as they are within the Forum Rules. We also regularly publish Top Gripes, Compliments HQ and Top Issues so you can see which organisations are performing well and which ones have some way to go.

NGE brings people together to share experiences and benefit from each other. We hope you enjoy what the community has to offer.
