At some stage, everyone has a complaint / feedback about a product or service and this website is here to help.
You log your comments and NGE can go in to bat with the company to get results for customers.
Membership of the website is FREE and they don't spam. Every Monday they send out a Top 10 Gripes email. This is great reading. Think of NGE as an insurance policy for the future.
