In order for companies to receive your gripes via eAlert, it is essential that you correctly enter the company name. The company name must be a valid business name. If you spell the company name incorrectly the system will offer you a suggestion or ask you to type in the correct name.

If our system does not recognise the name then you can select your choice and it will then be added to our database.

If your post does not contain a gripe, compliment, opinion or feedback about a specific company, business or dept. name simply enter 'not applicable'.

If you are posting a general non-consumer related comment please enter 'not applicable'.

This applies to all forums except the Talk Club which is geared towards non-consumer related topics and Daily Polls.
