Prize never received

I was excited to receive a phone call end of August 07 to tell me I had won a competition. The prize was valued at $120 and included:
• one (1) copy of Damien Leith’s new album;
• Australian Idol MP3 speakers;
• Australian Idol jumper;
• Australian Idol jelly bean tin;
• Australian Idol flashing pen;
• Australian Idol mobile phone charm; and
• Australian Idol military-style cap.

I waited patiently for this to arrive but as Xmas drew nearer and I had heard nothing more, I sent an email via their website querying when I might expect it as I had hoped to use items in Xmas stockings. I got a very quick response apologising and promising that it would be looked into. Still nothing arrived.

Early in the New Year I again sent an email via their website but this time have received no communication.

I'm disappointed and so are the intended recipients.
