Wiz Quiz - Scam or what?

Last Friday I recieved 2 calls on my mobile within about an hour of a pre-recorded message from Wiz Quiz asking to join their "competition". I listened for a short while (< 30 secs) then hung up.

I did a bit of research on this organisation with limited success. What I did find was that people were being charged to recieve calls and SMS from these people and having a hard battle getting any refund for what seems a dodgy practice.

Has anyone else had experiences with Wiz Quiz?
