Post subject: MLC STEALS YOUR SUPER!!!!
Organisation name: MLC SUPER
Issue type: Complaint

My MLC superannuation account has been inactive for over 4-5 years. For the last 5 months they have refused to roll over my superfunds into my preferred superannuation account. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they will not comply - I have communicated via fax and letter - They will not comply. My new super provider has contacted them demanding funds rollover- BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO ROLL OVER.
