Water Taxis Combined - won't get to your wedding on time!

We booked WTC well in advance of our 27 March wedding and confirmed in writing the week before. But on the day my husband rang to confirm again and they couldn't find the booking.

Eventually that was sorted out but then when it was due to arrive there was no boat to be seen so the groom and his groomsmen had to hail a cab on the street to make the wedding on time.

I stood on the jetty discussing this with the service woman who told me they book the jobs too close together to ensure a particular time - if only I'd been told this before as wedding timing is pretty exacting!

She promised to leave a message confirming that there would be a boat for our departure on midnight but of course didn't bother so unfortunately we spent the last 15 mins of our big day trying to find out how we were getting to our hotel!

When I emailed the following week with feedback they didn't bother replying, even though I'd also said that the special pen my husband gave me that day was probably lost on the boat and asked if they could check. A horrible wedding experience!!!
