Post subject: call centre employee behaving very rudely

just came to know about this website and thats why i am complaing when the actual incident happened 3 months back

the incident:
on 11th feb 2009 ,i was going for for nephew's birthday part @ warter garden . i arrived at the station @ about 1830 in the evening at watergardens staion and wanted to take a cab...i called 13XXXX and spoke to one of the employees at the call centre after being on hold for about 20 minutes and was told the 1st available taxi would be send......after waiting for another 15-20 minutes i called 13XXXX again......spoke to a person named C ....who was extremly rude and started mocking my 'accent .'....he told me to wait for another 20 minutes and the cab would be there .,he told me not to yell on the phone again ...i told him that the reason why i was speaking loudly as it was very windy and was very difficult for me to hear anything ......after waiting for another 15 minutes i called up the company again (13XXXX) and i was told the cab was 7-8 miles away ......my phones battery was dying so i made a final call to my brother to pick me up at the station as i did not wanted to wait for another 30 minutes ...also i did not know the area well as i live in east malvern

angry and frustuated i made a call to 13XXXX and spok eto one of the operators and demanded that i want to speak to a supervisor .....then i spoke to a person named J who was the team leader at the call centre ...i told him about the situation .....i told him an operator named C was mocking my accentg and was very rude ...J told me this is a case of rasicm and he ll investigate and get back to me ...i advised i do not want this matter to be termed as rascm and would be very happy if C calls me or writes to me and makes an apologee....J assured me that he 'll get back to me which near happened and then i did not bother to call again or take this matter further until i heard about this site
