Ticketing for concerts, etc. has a lot to answer for. You spend a lot of money on tickets with no guarantee the seats will actually be any good. The view seems to be as long as you're inside the venue what do you have to complain about? Crap.

I went online yesterday to see what prices and seating would be like for David Copperfield. I saw the prices but when I couldn't determine where the seats would be, I gave up.

Ticket sellers get your act together. For every event put the plan of the seating online with current seats available, so we can pick the EXACT seats we want. We don't want some computer program picking what it thinks are the best seats. It's the same at sporting events. I know what the best seats are, not the computer. Get it?

Paid over $600 for 4 A Reserve tickets to the Chris Isaak Concert. We sat 7 rows back but over to the left hand side of the stage.
Chris came over to our side of the stage ONCE for a total of 15 seconds. The remainder of the concert he was on the other side of the stage.
Sure, his music was great but all we saw of him was his profile or his back.
