Atrocious customer sevice to elderly lady by taxi CO.

Swan Taxi's in Perth leave a ninety year old lady standing at the front of a Wanneroo Shopping centre for three hours waiting. She requires a walking stick & had trolley full of shopping. Five calls where made by numerous shopping centre staff to Swan who claimed twice "we can't find it"(even though she has been picked up from that location previously) & "we are sending someone now". No luck eventually a kind gentleman from the shopping centre took her home. This poor lady was left in the rain & cold & did not want to sit down incase she missed the taxi, ended up in tears crying to helpers"I just want to go home".
Is this the sort of service we should put up with, NO, I urge anyone in Perth wanting to catch a taxi to reconsider using this company if this is how they treat customers!
