Finally a resolution.
On their website, they state they are affiliated with The Wine Society. So I called The Wine Society and spoke to a nice girl who passed me on to I.T.
They logged into my account and could see what the problem was...fixed it, and I ordered the goods that day.
They claim they never received the emails I sent them.

bc53-ah...no. I think I would have figured that one out if it were the case.
I've ordered around $105 worth so should only be out of pocket a really small amount.

Hi curlycee, did you order goods to the value of $193.05? maybe that's why they were going to charge you $93.05, as the other $100 was the voucher that you've won. just a thought.

A few months ago, I entered the 'Scratch and Win' promo on the Society Cellars website.
I was lucky enough to win a $100 voucher off my next order.
Great I thought.
I have tried several times to use it, and when I get to the payment screen, it says it will debit my credit card -$93.05.
I have tried contacting this company 3 times to ask how to proceed, as I don't want to be russian roulette with my credit card details.
All of my messages sent via their online contact us faciilty have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to contact them.
Please help! I just want to place my order in time for Christmas.
