I think it's fair to say that Dave H was treated bad by his employer and was angry when he wrote this gripe, and the 2 members above don't help by making fun of it.

Ready Workforce do placments 4 Tip Top Bakery I worked varing rolls 4 8 weeks all with little to non excisting trainng involved In this role I had inishali 3min training from staff member who wanted to go home he told me what to do on the machine then left No more guidence at all from any supervisor as to rules systems or who does what there are Semi trailer dropping off dollies full of creates vendors dropping stock & ingredence trucks & flour semitrailers comming through on this occassion I was manualy feeding my machine it had broken down I was waiting for maintenence to fix it meanwhile a truck dropped off a semi load of dollies creats staket 2m high I finaly had time then a flour truck tooting his horn I ran over to the area to find the previouse truck had dumped his semi full of dollies etc all over the driveway the flour tuck couldnt get through I started draging dollies & make room the next thing I new the impacient semi driver was pushing through the creats with his truck & pinned me between all the dollies I could not move as he passed within 2" of me had the side of the semi collected 1 of the stacks it would have dragged it & me along squashing me between The next day I explained what happened to Ron my boss he responded MY duty of care to Tip Top was not put myself in a possition were I could harm to myself & said the main issue is the truck driver was driving to fast for me No I said it is about the duty of care to employees to provide a safe work enviroment to work in later on Ron told me he would pay my overtime for that week in next weeks pay when I had less hours NOT happy the next payday came I wasn't paid for the O/T I called Ready I wanted to be paid for hours worked it is not right to pay next day I turned up 4 work I was rosted 4 next 2 days then my name no longer on roster I called Ready next day who stated they new nothing about why Im rostered off & would follow up & chase my overtime moneys. They came back saying I was rostered off because I placed myself in an unsafe position & my pay would be in next weeks pay The pay came as normal rostered hours called Ready back & informed then I had spoken to Workplace Ombudsman who stated I was entitled to O/T & spoke to FWA & put F8 form in claiming unfair dismisal Ready called back 1hr later stating O/T moneys will be in Acc by end of day & reson for no rosters was there were no more shifts available yeh right Now trying to get out of unfare dismisal beware peoples hire companies like this are paid good money to find monkeys like me to work cheap while they get paid well for providing staff Tip Top will hire you eventualy after 400hrs agreament is up between both parties if you except the job Tip Top will pay a huge $15.50hr but rarely happens from my experience as Ready dont want you to take possition as they loose that place & income they want you gone when you get close to 400 hrs then they can put some other wood duck in that position & keep getting their commission.
