What a joke that statement is, far from the truth.A lot of bitching and he said he said (mostly men). And men have the gall to call woman bitches .
The silly thing is the supervisers instead of ignoring the petty going ons, they get involved without all the info and this can affect someones job.Where is the professionalism.You do the right thing and you still get treated like a piece of S***.Whats the saying
"your damed if you do and your damed if you dont"

And the fact that one super gives one instruction then another gives another then the worker gets in trouble for doing what thier told. Another goodie
