Our complaint to the Qld BSA has been asnwered with an instruction for Lude Landscaping to rectify the extremely poor workmanship, he has 21 days now to do so.

Avoid them like the plague !!

We've had a considerable work done by this firm and while generally satisfied with the work, the various compnents of the job, the driveway, pathways, steps, etc always turn out different to that quoted and always more expensive. We insisted and asked for a contract to protect ourselves but there was always an excuse or a reason and once the section was completed, payment was always demended immediately and its price higher than verbally quoted. he started work without one telling us it'd all be ok....Well his verbal quotes aren't worth the paper they're written on and after trusting the man to do the right thing, we finally had enough after he did a paved area for us. The pavers are all at various heights, some as high as 8mm and while his workmanship on the whole can be good, this time he sure wasn't taking too much care. We've lodged a complaint with the Building Services Authority as after many phone calls and no action we've had enough. Avoid using Mark Lude Landscaping, if you do make sure you have a contract and a written quote....
