Yearly pest control spray

After having our home sprayed for general pests costing $269 in Nov 09.It would appear that Promaster may have mixed up the materials used as it appears that we have atracted more pests since having our property sprayed.
Having contacted Promaster on several occassions to get the warranty/gaurantee re-spray we have just been fobbed off and no return visit has taken place. In fact they did advise that they would return for a further $199 fee.!!!
This company is based out of Gosford on the C.Coast.
I am postig this to stop others getting ripped off by these people.
