Lawn Great, Followup Shoddy

We contacted Victorian Lawn Installations because we were interested in having both our front and back yard landscaped. As part of this, we also wanted artifical grass installed in a small section because we wanted something that would be low maintenance. The service and work that was done was very good and the ideas that the landscaper had fit in perfectly with what we wanted to achieve. However, and this is where my gripe comes in, there were three shrubs that were dying off. When the company was contacted, I could never get anyone to answer. After leaving too many voicemails to count, I have finally given up and will have to find someone to replace the shrubs for me. It should be noted that these weren't small ones, but somewhere in the range of 1.5 to 1.8 meters in height. Again, I will emphasis that the work was done very well, but the after sales customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
