i have seen other post saying that me an injustice are the same people WE ARE NOT....... as i said in my prevouse post i also was sacked unfairly and i know wot injustice is going through as i was in the same place. i was sacked unfairly 4 weeks b4 xmas an my wife was due to have our second child in a couple of month. they said i was sacked for swearing at the boss but this never happend, we had no money coming in for 6 month+ we were getting the min from centerlink some days we could not afford to feed our 3 year old son letalone ourselfs, we were on the verge of loosing everything as we could not keep up with payments we were only getting $410 a week and our home loan was $210 a week then we had all the other bills an other expenses.... but i feel this company had set me up because i had injured myself while working for them and i was a high risk to the company eusa_wall.gif . this company has turned peoples lives upside down and they need to pay for there actions and not get away with wot they are doing to people, we are all human beings not animals and i feel justice needs to be served. eusa_wall.gif

of course its a figure of speech, i did not attend his conference, but he had all the info there that supports his case and thats what he walked away with. i have all the info, as well but hey what do i get, jack. have a great life elsewhere thing, all i want is justice, the wrong to be righted, which i will not stop fighting for. the union has rang me from 2 different states, and they tell me that my local union should have fixed the problem, and they told me to take it back to my local office, and tell them to fix it. so if interstate union offices can see the problems, why has it gone down this road with no justice, im losing the plot, i need answers, and fast.

Next time I'm short of cash I'll just go to Unfair Work Aust and say I got sacked, seeing as they ASK NO QUESTIONS icon_rolleyes.gif icon_lol.gif I should just get a cheque...

This thread has turned into a joke, your comments are ridiculous, your posting as different people - have a nice life CYA eusa_liar.gif

well thing, your a star, we are not the same people, if you think that you are a joke, i am not alone in this case, and there is even another bloke, that was at the same company, employed for 3 to 4 months, that refused to drive a truck that had an unsafe load on its trailer, and he was sacked for that, and we had hearings on thhe same day, at UNFAIR WORK AUSTRALIA and he recieved $5000 compensation, no questions asked, but all they could say to me was, why did i resign? i didn't, so answer that one genius.

Yeah well this is getting ridiculous now, its obvious Judgedave & Injustice are the same person - the paragraphs, writing style, grammar are almost identical - use of "i" not being in capitals when it should be.

Your credibility just went down the drain - icon_rolleyes.gif

i also know of this case, as i have been to many meetings to different organisations with this person, nothing has been left out while in the meetings, but still no answers. i have been told that you should not be sacked under OHS so why has he endured this, and still nothing has been done to resolve this. could this be a cover up for the employer? not to hurt him, not to crucify him?
i also used to work with the same employer, and i also was sacked unprofessionally, via a phone call at 6pm.

mate, i dont know what else to tell you, i have contacted everyone, that has been mentioned in the posts, the only people i cant find is father christmas and god, i am in desperate need of help, i have been told now, to go back to the union, as they should have fixed this at the start, but hey, all i seem to be doing is running around in circles and the ball is being hand balled to the next player, i dont know where else to go, i have been everywhere. you seem to be the only one that believes that i have a case, about unfair dismissal, there is no resignation letter. i have been told to drop it, but thats not going to happen, as this is an injustice, that will be sorted out before i drop it. well i have summarised it, read the first post, there is plenty more to go with it though.

If you didn't resign & your previous employer is claiming you voluntarily resigned then they must have paperwork to prove it - if you didn't resign then their paperwork must be false.
Lawyers would jump all over this taking a company to court for fraudulently advising workcover & other govt departments that you 'voluntarily resigned'.

Go back through this thread & you will see where people have offered various different govt agencies to contact - you've now stated you're off to the Human Rights Commission icon_wink.gif

Are you telling us that you cannot summarise your version of events within 3000 characters eusa_think.gif - I don't need to re do law school but I think perhaps you need some edju-mac-ation icon_wink.gif

well thing you must think you are so smart, i have tried to post the whole issue on here but can only post under 3000 characters, the issue that i have kept a log of is just under 20000 word, i have told all the facts, that concern this event, i have folders that i have kept, with all relevant information concering these problems, and am told that i have done a fantastic job of keeping track, but there just is not much i can do about it, maybe you yourself need to go back and re do law school, as nearly 10 legal people cant be wrong. even the government says that i have been dealt wrongly but they too can not do much, in the end about the only thing that i can do, from a legal point of view is take it to the human rights commission, which is already in the process. i have nothing to hide, and i have tried to hide nothing as all i want is justice. if this can happen to me it can happen to anyone
