TANKS DIRECT

For want of a better category I will post my grievances with Tanks Direct here. Several years ago I purchased a rainwater tank from tanks Direct. I was told that they required my credit card number as a guarantee and that I would not be charged for the tank on my credit card.

Tank arrives. On the docket it says I have been charged and paid by credit card. Surprise, surprise.
I contacted the company who didn't want anything to do with me and told me to sort it out. Email correspondence was met with the same arrogance.

One final comment. The O-ring leaked like a sieve and I had to replace it.

Conclusion. Stay away from this company and take your water tank business elsewhere.
