It is common sense to stick to the facts and make a point briefly and with a smile icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

I think people that need to use profanities now matter how commonly they are used are just that....common. Its not a professional way to get your point across.

Definitely good manners.

Anyone who uses language like that in a written message to a company is highlighting the fact that they are ill-mannered and destroying any chance they had of a favourable outcome.

What is the world coming to when you cant even say **** anymore? I emailed Optus today after they responded to a billing inquiry I made.
I advised them that I was not making payment until such times as the TIO had conducted an investigation into their outrageous bills... I went on to say how disgusted I was in the phone and the service optus provided, and stated that the Nokia N97 was ****.
They bounced my email back stating that they found the word **** offensive.
I had to read it three times because I thought someone was having a go at me. Maybe I should have called the Nokia N97 a terd? Maybe we should conduct a poll and see whether or not the word **** is offensive? eusa_wall.gif

See? can write the word TERD here but you cant say ****? Whats the world coming to.
