We had some minor work to be done and contacted this firm. Mike showed his Master Builders licence and Master Painters accreditation and Mike advised that he didn't quote or charge an all up price, just an hourly rate. well he proceeded to stretch out a relatively simple job into a number of days, his standard of workmanship is so poor that we've had to call take out anything he's done and have another firm re-do his work to a reasonable standard.
