Bond Clean - twice and still not passed!

We responded to an advertisement in our local paper for Bond Clean with Clean 01 and they stated that the company was 'under new management' as well as offering a special bond clean special discount and including free carpet shampoo and pest treatment. I phoned the company who assured me that they had had problems under the old management and that is why they are offering the new management special. I would not have any to worry about and that they guarantee all their cleaning and bond clean and any problems that they would return to the property and fix. They would also offer the necessary certificates to give the property manager to ensure our bond return. They insisted on cash payment up front at 6am in the morning of the clean and said that it would take until 7pm that night to complete the three stages.
I returned to the property at 2pm and no one was there. It was still dirty. The microwave oven was dirty, the benches were dirty nothing done, the carpets were dirty - had not been vacuumed and nothing like what they said. The property manager of course rejected the state of the property and I phoned the company - they stated that I had to get the Property Manager to put in a work order to get them to return which the Property Manager faxed through to them. They then returned but the cleaners told us (the property manager and myself) that they were to do the 'bear minimum', but admitted that this is usual and they get called back all the time!
Again after their so called clean it was still not passable. In the end I had to go an do all this myself including the carpets and vacuuming etc. I contacted Clean 01 at their head office in Caboolture who just said too bad, no refund nothing! I asked to speak to the managers, and they said that they were the managers and that they had been there for six years! So much for new management. They told me that they had new 'owners' that had taken over 3 months ago. I asked to speak to them and was told that they were overseas owners (so probably trying to get residency I would say). Not only did they falsely advertise, they cost me over $500 for nothing and still have not had my bond refunded.! The management are rude and arrogant and just even refuse to offer any refund of any kind. IT is not good enough.!
