Disgraceful Pay for workers

I would like to bring to the attention of the general public the disgusting pay rate the staff at Target Country karratha work for, as a good friend of the managers wife, I am absolutely disgusted that in a town as expensive as this that they do not receive power subsidy, remote travel allowance or any perks other than a dismal rent allowance (most people in this town receive free rent due to the extremem everyday costs of living!). Unfortunately Target dont compensate with a higher rate of pay either, nor do they provide ANY assistance to any other staff members, no wonder there is such a high staff turnover. I only hope that by publically shaming this large company that they may reconsider their stance on valuing their staff and investigating the costs of opening in such towns including compensating staff appropriately for living remotely with poorer facilities and higher costs, without these people you have nothing! I will think twice beefore spending my hard earned cash with this company in future, especially as Kmart and Coles (who are part of the same compan Wesfarmers) value their staff much more! Shame on you target 100% UN happy!
