NGE Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to NGE, we hope you'll enjoy the site. However, by using our site, you're agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you don't wish to be bound by our terms and conditions, you shouldn't become a member or subscriber of www.NotGoodEnough.org.
We may change these terms at any time and will notify you on the site when this occurs. Your continued use of www.NotGoodEnough.org means that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions.
Security and Corruption
You will not knowingly attempt to transmit, or encourage others to transmit, or publish information that encourages others to transmit, viruses or malicious programs of any kind to any NGE email addresses or the NGE site.
You will not attempt to gain illegal access to any component of the Not Good Enough website. This includes, but is not restricted to, the user information and email addresses of staff, volunteers, members and subscribers.
Gripe HQ Rules
You will abide fully by the Gripe HQ guidelines as they are published on the NGE site. These may be changed from time to time and you should visit this space regularly to check for updates. If you break the rules in any way, you understand that your privileges will be suspended immediately and without explanation.
Free Speech and Defamation
www.NotGoodEnough.org welcomes complaints and compliments about companies by, and open debate among its members and subscribers. All we ask is that it's done in a lawful manner.
Accordingly, you will not post knowingly false or mischievous complaints or compliments about companies or government.
You will not use the NGE site to for promotional or commercial purposes.
You will not encourage, provide information regarding, or in any way educate others to harvest NGE e-mail addresses for any use whatsoever. Our e-mail addresses are for legitimate contact only. In other words, if you try to spam us, we will be able to find you and notify the proper authorities.
You will declare your association with particular organizations when and if this is appropriate.
You will not,or encourage others to, break the laws of Australia and her states and territories in any way, including privacy laws.
You will not defame, harass or be really mean to, any member of NGE or NGE administration or NGE’s employees or volunteers.
Terminating Membership
www.NotGoodEnough.org may at any time and without prior notice and at our sole discretion, remove any post or terminate your membership / subscription for violating any of our rules. Members and subscribers may also be suspended for a period of time at any time and at our discretion.
www.NotGoodEnough.org is not responsible for any actions, claims, proceedings, or liabilities arising out of your violation of NGE’s terms and conditions. You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your username and password.
Disclaimer Of Warranties And Liabilities
www.NotGoodEnough.org provides information and commentary on a broad range of companies and government in Australia and elsewhere.
We can't and we don't warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content found on our site, or its usefulness for any particular purpose.
