Not Good Enough (NGE) is an Australian consumer complaints / solutions website. At Not Good Enough we monitor consumer concerns about products, services and events. In doing so, we provide solutions to companies and government in over 40 different industries.
NGE was founded in January 2002 and is an independent, privately-owned company with no allegiances - personal or professional - to anyone.

Fiona Stewart - Founder and Chief Executive
Dr Fiona Stewart is a communications sociologist and a world pioneer in the areas of Internet communication and online research techniques.
As a regular opinion contributor to major newspapers, in recent years Fiona found herself with a reputation of rabble-rousing.
Leveraging these skills, in February 2002 Fiona founded the consumer website www.NotGoodEnough.org. This new venture builds on a decade of hands-on research practice in both academic and commercial environments.
Fiona has postgraduate qualifications in public policy and law and is co-author of Internet Communication and Qualitative Research: A Handbook for Researching Online that was published in by Sage in London in 2000. She is a Trustee of CEDA, a member of the Market Research Society of Australia and a fellow of OzProspect She is 36 and lives in Melbourne.

NGE Research Staff assist with daily administrative tasks including site maintentance, Top 10 draft selection and office administration.
Wendy Wassenaar – Research assistant
Wendy Wassenaar is a 37-year-old mature age student of Adult and Vocational Education at the University of South Australia. Upon completion of her degree, Wendy plans work in the area of policy and development in adult educational facilities. During her years of study Wendy has developed expert skills in the research and analysis of information from a range of online and offline sources.
Recipient of the Caltex Best All-Rounder Award in 2000 and the Adult Learners Week 2001 Outstanding Learner Award winner, Wendy is committed to sharing her knowledge and study skills with other adult students and regularly presents inspirational talks on her success. Wendy’s growing interest in politics and consumer issues led her to becoming involved in NGE.
Wendy is married with a teenage son.
KP Dennis – Research assistant
KP Dennis is a freelance writer who works from her home in Queensland. Experienced in the hospitality and entertainment industries KP now focuses on IT related pursuits with a strong interest in consumer rights and research processes. KP's other passions include gardening and her family.
KP is married with three children.
