About Us

Not Good Enough (NGE) is an Australian consumer complaints / solutions website. At Not Good Enough we monitor consumer concerns about products, services and events. In doing so, we provide solutions to companies and government in over 40 different industries.

NGE was founded in January 2002 and is an independent, privately-owned company with no allegiances - personal or professional - to anyone.

Not Good Enough is:

Fiona Stewart - Founder and Chief Executive

Dr Fiona Stewart is a communications sociologist and a world pioneer in the areas of Internet communication and online research techniques.

As a regular opinion contributor to major newspapers, in recent years Fiona found herself with a reputation of rabble-rousing.

Leveraging these skills, in February 2002 Fiona founded the consumer website www.NotGoodEnough.org. This new venture builds on a decade of hands-on research practice in both academic and commercial environments.

Fiona has postgraduate qualifications in public policy and law and is co-author of Internet Communication and Qualitative Research: A Handbook for Researching Online that was published in by Sage in London in 2000. She is a Trustee of CEDA, a member of the Market Research Society of Australia and a fellow of OzProspect She is 36 and lives in Melbourne.
