On July 19, NGE was contacted by Robbins Watson Solicitors who act for the Queenslandwide House and Building Reports Pty Ltd. Queenslandwide House and Building Reports Pty Ltd have "demanded" that NGE retract statements from the website which were "factually inaccurate and defamatory".
Accordingly, NGE retracts the remarks about Queenslandwide House and Building Reports Pty Ltd that were "factually inaccurate" and "defamatory".
